Washington DC – Today, Balanced Veterans Network (BVN) is excited to announce that US Air Force Veteran and veteran entrepreneur, Ion Bratianu has joined BVN as board member and resident Advisor on all things Cannabis related.

After a distinguished tenure in the United States Air Force as a cryptologic linguist, Ion has embarked on a multifaceted career marked by exemplary leadership across various sectors. “I am very excited to be on a team I have been rooting for from the sidelines for some time now,” said Ion Bratianu, Board Director for BVN. “Balanced Veterans Network fills, what I consider to be, a major gap that is created by the current systems we have in place supporting veterans with mental health and wellbeing.”

“We are excited to have Ion join the BVN family,” said Victor Bohm, Executive Director for BVN. “Ion’s business experience and extensive knowledge of the Cannabis industry will help bring BVN into the future while making sure veterans have the information and access to alternative therapies they so desperately need to live happy and healthy lives.”

Ion is a seasoned entrepreneur, veteran advocate, and business leader. As the co-founder of Green Alpacka, Ion leads a veteran-owned cannabis accessory brand dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives for veterans. Additionally, Ion co-owns Fish Window Cleaning #3017 and #2353 and co-founded Moon River Pool Care, demonstrating a knack for identifying market opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

The Balanced Veterans Network (BVN) provides education, advocacy, and empowerment of alternative therapies for veterans and their families. BVN is a community that shares knowledge, peer support, and camaraderie to combat the suicide epidemic, addiction, homelessness, and loss of purpose after leaving the military service, “Unconventional Healing for Conventional Forces.” Finding balance in life is a mental, physical, and spiritual journey.
