Self-Compassion Meditation with Chris Luard
Veterans Yoga Project is joining us again this month with a powerful and easy-to-learn meditation guided by our friend Chris.
Chris has been practicing meditation for 37 years and teaching since 2009. Trained deeply in secular modalities, Chris brings the healing potential of meditation and mindfulness in an easily accessible voice.
